On 6–7 April, Plast WA yunaky embarked on an exciting hiking trip through the picturesque landscapes of Western Australia. This journey became a true test of endurance, resilience, and teamwork.
The weather was on their side every step of the way — clear skies and a gentle breeze accompanied the group throughout the hike. Over two days, the participants covered a total of 19 kilometres: 11 on the first day and 8 on the second. The route began with mountainous terrain, adding a sense of adventure while requiring focus, determination, and mutual support.
The hike was not only a physical challenge but also a valuable learning experience. Participants developed practical outdoor skills such as cooking independently, boiling water safely, setting up tents, managing supplies, and working effectively as a team.
One of the most memorable aspects of the trip was the surrounding natural beauty — vast forests, quiet horizons, and a scenic dam that inspired a deep sense of connection with nature.
Special thanks go to youth mentors Natalia Kulchytska and Vitalii Verbytskyi for their care, guidance, and leadership throughout the journey. Thanks to their support, the trip was safe, meaningful, and truly unforgettable.
The hike concluded with goals achieved, genuine smiles, and lasting memories that will continue to inspire new adventures ahead.
